The best steaks I have eaten. Cook them on the Big Green Egg and they are so tasty. I buy all my meats from The Chicken Run!

I tried one of the rib eye steaks and liked the flavor and texture - done on the BBQ

I've bought good steaks from local farms before, and honestly these are on par with what I'd expect. Good marbling for the price. But to me the best thing is that these are conveniently packaged so that I can pop them as-is in my sous-vide cooker in the morning, and end up with juicy, tender, medium-rare steaks for lunch.

My favourite cut of beef. The marbling is on point, an excellent balance. Great flavour, and super tender. Again the individual piece vacuum packaging is perfect.

The rib steaks were just amazing! So freaking delicious. This was some of the best beef we’ve eaten. Highly recommend.

I say this after much contemplation, the steaks provided by Roger at The Chicken Run, were the best steaks I’ve had in my life! I’ve been ordering chicken from TCR since they opened their doors bc of the supreme quality and service, but it wasn’t until last week that I ordered the 1855 Black Angus beef. I don’t think my palette will allow me to buy my steaks anywhere else now!

My wife and I have been customers from the start and have tried all the chicken which is delicious. After trying the rib steak it was so juicy and tasty we will be ordering more. Trevor S
