My favorite go-to for roasting chicken is the boneless whole chicken legs. You get a lot of protein on these well-sized pieces, and the flavor is out of this world. The skin crisps up beautifully in a 430F oven at 25 minutes (defrosted first), and there is very little shrinkage. This is good food and great value for the price.

Skin-on boneless chicken legs are my favourite item from the Chicken Run. They are fresh and juicy, very full, and very tasty. They come frozen in a 2-pack, which is ideal. I highly recommend them for lovers of dark meat, they are the best!
