The chicken breasts I received were excellent. I always trim all of the fat off chicken, and sometimes there is a lot, especially when they are on sale. There was almost no waste with these. They were a nice size too, not too large and tough.

I personally prefer dark meat, BUT for meals where the chicken is part of a moist dish, these are outstanding! I use them in make-ahead freezer meals, where they are perfect.
