This super easy and delicious chicken marsala will knock your tastebuds into sublime flavour heaven!

2 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 onion diced
1 lb mushrooms sliced
1-2 cloves garlic crushed
1 tbsp flour (plus more for dusting)
1-2 tbsp butter
1-2 tbsp olive oil
¾ cup marsala wine
Slice mushrooms, dice onions & crush garlic. Set aside. Slice chicken lengthwise to make 4 cutlets then pound with a tenderizer to flatten. Dredge in flour to coat, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Toss butter and olive oil into medium heat pan. Add garlic and onions, sauté for a few minutes then add chicken and brown about 4-6 minutes per side depending on thickness.
Toss in mushrooms until lightly cooked.
Add in marsala wine and let simmer a couple of minutes to cook down. Add in flour to make a nice gravy.
Remove and serve over some beautiful mashed potatoes or pasta, spooning that delicious sauce over top for the most mouth watering meal! Add a nice side of fresh steamed greens!
Sprinkle with some fresh parsley for a pretty presentation!
